Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in a Junior Supervisor or similar production leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and 5S.
• Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, IATF, and RBA standards is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities
