Job summary

Antonina Industrial Corporation in Santa Rosa, Laguna, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a dynamic factory floor, drive on-time production, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will supervise a team, coordinate with the Production Head, and implement efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and optimize manpower, machines, materials, and resources to meet production targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor at all times.
• Train and mentor factory workers on manufacturing procedures, including processing, filling, and packing.
• Develop strategies to improve line efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor production records and reports, tracking output against the program.
• Report deviations from standard procedures to Production Head or Plant Head.
• Ensure security of the factory and equipment during shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Supervisor reporting directly to the Production Head, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control the performance and utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources to ensure all company products are processed on time, at the lowest possible cost, and within acceptable quality standards.

• Supervise and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized production floor at all times.

• Train, guide, and mentor factory workers on correct manufacturing procedures, including processing, filling, and packing operations.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve line efficiency and reduce production costs.

• Monitor and maintain accurate production records and reports, tracking output in relation to the production program.

• Immediately report any deviations from standard manufacturing procedures or product specifications to the Production Head or Plant Head.

• Ensure the security of the factory and all equipment during your shift, and oversee the proper care and operation of all machinery.
