Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Further Processing / Meat Cutting Plant (MCP) line in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. You will supervise daily operations to reach targets, monitor yield, and drive efficiency while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

You will lead Team Leaders, Operators and Production Clerks, enforce SOP adherence, manage CAPA, and coordinate with QA and maintenance to ensure smooth, auditable production records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related programs.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Job description

• Supervise daily operations of the Further Processing / Meat Cutting Plant (MCP) line, ensuring production targets, yield, and efficiency standards are achieved.
• Ensure strict compliance with FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, Internal Quality System, and Animal Welfare requirements.
• Monitor product quality, sanitation, change-over activities, and line control procedures.
• Lead Team Leaders, Operators, and Production Clerks to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor production KPIs including output, yield variance, downtime, waste, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA/FSQR, Engineering & Maintenance, Warehouse, and ACSI for smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate and audit-ready production documentation and traceability records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any related programs.
