Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Further Processing / Meat Cutting Plant (MCP) line in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. You will supervise daily operations to reach targets, monitor yield, and drive efficiency while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

You will lead Team Leaders, Operators and Production Clerks, enforce SOP adherence, manage CAPA, and coordinate with QA and maintenance to ensure smooth, auditable production records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related programs.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the MCP line to meet production targets, yield and efficiency standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and internal Quality System requirements.
