Job summary

Mclink Copy Services Phils. Inc is seeking a Production Supervisor in Bulacan to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive quality across the plant.

You will guide production teams, coordinate with QA and maintenance, and implement plans to improve efficiency and safety while maintaining production records and reporting on performance.

Job description

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate production personnel to achieve daily output targets and quality standards
• Monitor production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall plant performance
• Provide hands‑on guidance, coaching, and training to team members to strengthen skills and support continuous improvement
• Work closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth production flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support the implementation of production plans, schedules, and operational strategies
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on output, efficiency, and performance metrics

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and build a positive, productive work environment
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to analyze production data and use insights to drive continuous improvement
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, maintenance practices, and workplace safety procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
• Educational background in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
