Job summary

Multiplast Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate production personnel, ensuring daily output targets and quality standards are met, while collaborating with Quality Control and Maintenance.

You will coach teams, monitor workflows, drive efficiency, maintain records, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards, with a preference for candidates with 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Production Supervisor or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory.
• Proven leadership to motivate teams and foster a productive environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to analyze production data for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with equipment, maintenance practices, and safety.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Educational background in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred.
