Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Biñan, Laguna plant.

The role focuses on coordinating shifts, schedules, and supervising production staff to ensure smooth line operation and achievement of daily batch outputs per the production schedule. The ideal candidate has supervisory exposure in a production setting, preferably within the food manufacturing industry, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BS Industrial Engineering or BS Food Technology.
• Experience with supervisory roles in production.
• Food manufacturing background preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations in the assigned production area.
• Coordinates shifts, schedules, and monitors subordinate performance.
• Ensures production lines run smoothly.
• Monitors equipment, manpower, and production control to meet daily batch output as per schedule.
• Willing to be assigned at Liip Plant, Biñan Laguna.

• Graduate of any following BS Industrial, Eng'g Food Technology
• With exposure in supervisory level assigned in production department.
• Preferably with extensive background in a food manufacturing company.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily operations in assigned area.
• Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring subordinate performance.
• Makes sure that operation lines are running smoothly.
• Makes sure that equipment condition, manning & production monitoring and control system leads to the attainment of daily batch output as per production schedule.
• Willing to be assigned at Liip Plant, Biñan Laguna
