Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning/scheduling or supply planning.
• Experience in FMCG/food/beverage/manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and medium-term production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Translate requirements into feasible schedules considering capacity, manpower, material availability, and equipment constraints.
• Optimize production sequencing to maximize efficiency and minimize disruptions.
• Monitor schedule adherence and coordinate recovery plans for variances.
• Communicate production schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Analyze capacity and resource utilization, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Support readiness for promotions, seasonal demand peaks, and new product launches.
