Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Production Scheduler in the Philippines to create and manage the Master Production Schedule for a US-based bakery ingredients business.

You will schedule production orders, monitor inventory, and coordinate across operations, warehouse, customer service, sales, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to work overnight or within US business hours.

Qualifications

• Organizational and time management to handle multiple production priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail in production orders, inventory data, and the shared schedule.
• Clear, professional English communication with internal teams across departments.
• Minimum 5 years in production planning, scheduling, purchasing, or similar.
• Experience with ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 BC or NAV) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using Business Central and internal planning tools.
• Review stock replenishment production and schedule over upcoming weeks based on inventory and demand.
• Use Power BI dashboards to monitor inventory levels, production needs, and open orders.
• Create and manage production orders in Business Central to fulfill orders or replenish stock.
• Schedule production dates by product, machine, and shift considering capacity and constraints.
