Harbour City Dimsum House Co., Inc. is seeking a Production Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for our food production facility in Cebu City.

You will focus on process design, resource management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, plus supervisory and manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years supervisory experience and 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, data analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
