Job summary

One Food Group in the Philippines is seeking a supervisor for the production team to ensure GMP and food safety, delegate workload, and monitor SOP adherence. The role involves documenting pre-operations and equipment breakdowns, and supporting budget management and timely deliveries.

Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field, with at least one year in food manufacturing or supervisory experience, and strong problem solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setup.
• Proficient in delivery, quality, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Naujan, Calapan Mindoro.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a year of working experience in a food manufacturing set up or at least with a year of Supervisory experience.
• Candidate must be knowledgeable in delivery management, quality management, inventory management, equipment maintenance, as well as people development.
• Candidate should have experience and be proficient in Operational efficiency and control(raw materials, man hours,etc).
• Candidate must possess excellent problem solving skills, decision making skills as, well as interpersonal skills.
