Job summary

One Food Group in the Philippines seeks a Production Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Industrial) or Food Technology and 2+ years in a food manufacturing setting. You will oversee GMP, drive delivery timelines, manage budgets, and develop plant staff while ensuring safety and quality.

This role emphasizes operational efficiency, problem solving, and strong interpersonal skills to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years in a food manufacturing setup or 2–3 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable in delivery, quality, inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with operational efficiency and control of raw materials and man hours.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

• Candidate must possess at least 2 year(s) of working experience in a food manufacturing set up; or at least with 2 to 3 years Supervisory experience.

• Candidate must be knowledgeable in delivery management, quality management, inventory management, equipment maintenance , as well as people development

• Candidate should have experience and be proficient in Operational efficiency and control ( raw materials, man hours, etc.)

• Candidate must possess excellent problem solving skills, decision making skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
