Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a capable supervisor for our food manufacturing plant in the Philippines. The role emphasizes enforcing GMP and food safety programs, delegating production tasks, and maintaining accurate operation records.

You will monitor budgets, ensure timely deliveries, manage equipment breakdowns, and develop people while upholding policies and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing setting or supervisory role.
• Knowledgeable in delivery, quality, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with operational efficiency and control of raw materials and man-hours.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Baguio.

• Candidate must be knowledgeable in delivery management, quality management, inventory management, equipment maintenance, as well as people development.
• Candidate should have experience and be proficient in Operational efficiency and control(raw materials, man hours,etc).
• Candidate must possess excellent problem solving skills, decision making skills as, well as interpersonal skills.
