Job summary

Private Advertiser in Canlubang, Laguna is seeking an experienced Plant Production Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a busy manufacturing facility. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in production management within regulated environments.

You will coordinate supply chain activities with the Purchasing Team, enforce GMP/GHP/GLP/HACCP standards, and ensure compliance with environmental and government regulations while driving efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Plant Production Manager.
• Background in GMP/GHP/GLP/HACCP and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plant Operations & Personnel Management: supervises daily plant operations and performance to meet goals.
• Policy & System Implementation: develops, reviews, and enforces plant systems per policies and procedures.
• Supply Chain Coordination: works with Purchasing to manage supply and demand efficiently.
• Quality Control Oversight: guides QA in product acceptance, rejections, and rework processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensures adherence to government policies, environmental standards.
