Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.

• Proficient in MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management: receipt, storage, and issuance of production supplies.
• Plan and prepare stock arrangement for monthly inventory counts.
• Control production documents to ensure availability and protection.
• Prepare documents using Weekly Production Schedule, Pro Forma Invoice, and Standards.
• Liaise with Production Officers to meet target dates and provide OE.
• Prepare and acknowledge Work Order Requests and verify area status.
• Report quality and food safety deviations and violations of rules.
• Produce timely production reports and quality data, including FSSC data.
• Perform other duties as required.
