Qualifications

• Secondary education, vocational, or college level.
• 1-3 years in manufacturing environment.
• Can operate pallet movers/forklifts.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Technician background is an advantage.
• Can lift 20–25 kilos.
• Knows how to use a weighing scale.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and weekly changing shifts.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for pre-weighing.
• Transfer correct raw materials to pre-weighing room.
• Check item codes based on bulk materials list.
• Weigh raw materials per request.
• Pack weighed materials in designated bags.
• Ensure accuracy up to the last digit of measure.
• Record item code, load, product code, and batch on each pack.
• Assemble pre-weighed materials per product templates.
• Move assembled materials to holding area.
• Maintain quality through regular line inspections and equipment adjustments.
• Support production operations and report quality data.

MARIGOLD MANUFACTURING CORPORATION IS LOOKING FOR A RAW MATERIALS PREPARATION IN-CHARGE:

The Raw Materials Preparation In-Charge is responsible for the correct and accurate preparation and weighing of raw materials to be used in production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares all materials, tools, utensils and equipment to be used in pre-weighing
• Transfers correct raw materials to the pre-weighing room
• Checks correct item code based on given bulk materials list
• Weighs raw materials based on quantity provided in the request
• Packs the raw materials being weighed using designated plastic bags
• Ensures accuracy in the pre-weighing of materials up to the last digit of measure
• Writes correct and accurate item code, load, product code and batch on every pack after pre weighing
• Assembles all pre-weighed raw materials based on product templates
• Transfers assembled raw material to designated holding area
• Maintain quality standard by conducting a regular line inspection, completing production forms and making equipment adjustment if necessary
• Maintain production operation by solving production process problem, making equipment adjustment and reporting production quality data, reporting decisions made and referring questions to the immediate superior
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secondary Education, Vocational, or College level
• With 1-3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment is required
• Can operate pallet mover/forklifts
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Has a technician background is an advantage
• Can lift weighs of 20 -25 kilos
• Knows how to use a weighing scale
• Willing to perform the repetitive task for extended periods
• Willing to work in Shifting Schedule and weekly changing work shifts
