• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, procurement, resource allocation and cost control.
• Working knowledge of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) manufacturing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with minimal supervision.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Planning Manager to join our team at First Sumiden Circuits Inc. in Cabuyao City, Laguna. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our production processes, ensuring optimal cost control and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
2. Analyze production data to identify cost drivers and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
3. Prepare and monitor production cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decisions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in an Engineering-related course.
2. Minimum of ten (10) years exposure and work experience in production planning and cost analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
4. Working knowledge of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) manufacturing processes.
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office applications.
7. Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
