Responsibilities

• Support the Production Office and Department in planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of production activities.
• Assist in overseeing production planning to align requirements with plant capacity, material availability, customer needs, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production progress, identify delays or shortages, and coordinate adjustments with concerned departments.
• Maintain effective communication between Production Office, manufacturing sections, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare and provide accurate production-related data and reports.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory records and discrepancies.
• Develop and implement inventory management procedures.
• Prepare manufacturing plans and prioritize operations to maximize efficiency and meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules and workflow across multiple products.
• Participate in production and interdepartmental meetings to review status and actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, product specifications, and customer requirements.
• Maintain documentation of production planning, schedules, inventory, and monitoring records.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning, inventory control, and workflow efficiency.
• Report significant production delays or issues to management for action.
• Provide support and coordination to Sales, Accounting, Compliance, R&D, Logistics, etc.
