MD Juan Enterprises, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Production Planning & Inventory Control Officer to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities and inventory in a metal fabrication environment.

About the role
We are looking for a Production Planning & Inventory Control Officer to support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of production activities and inventory requirements in a metal fabrication and assembly manufacturing environment. The position will work closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure that materials and parts are available, production activities are properly planned and monitored, and customer requirements are completed according to schedule.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules.
Monitor production progress against planned targets and delivery requirements.
Review production requirements and determine the availability of materials, parts, WIP, and finished goods.
Identify material and parts shortages that may affect production schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments regarding shortages and production priorities.
Monitor raw materials, parts and components, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Conduct or participate in cycle counts and physical inventory verification.
Prepare and maintain Production Orders, Production Lists, planning reports, inventory reports, and other related documents.
Analyze production and inventory data and provide timely reports to management.
About you
Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of work experience in Production Planning and/or Inventory Control.
Experience working in a manufacturing industry, preferably metal fabrication and assembly.
Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, material requirements, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
Good understanding of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), finished goods, and material flow in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate production and inventory records.
Good communication and coordination skills and able to work effectively with different manufacturing departments.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple production priorities.
