Job summary

APEM Philippines in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Team, monitor design revisions, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Engineering. The role involves production planning, laser machine programming and nesting, and tracking production progress.

The candidate will maintain accurate production records, handle costing activities, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, or related role.
• Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of laser cutting, programming, and nesting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to monitor multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with and provide support to the Production Team.
• Monitor and track design revisions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Engineering.
• Handle product costing and pricing activities.
• Assist in production planning, laser machine programming and nesting, and other production-related processes.
• Monitor production target dates and overall progress.
• Prepare the Quarterly Production Output for EMB Self-Monitoring Report.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
