Job summary

APEM Philippines in Pampanga is seeking a Production Worker to support daily workshop tasks and laser production. You will assist the production team and help prepare materials while following safety rules.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates, physically fit, eager to learn, dependable, and safety-conscious. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team with daily workshop and laser production tasks.
• Knowledgably using measuring tools accurately and safely operate basic workshop equipment, especially angle grinders.
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials according to production requirements.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Support material handling and general production requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
