Job summary

APEM Philippines is seeking a QA Inspector to log and record jobs, encode QA/QC data, and prepare essential forms and documents. The role requires organizing QC records, ensuring accuracy of QA documents, and assisting the QA/QC team with administrative tasks.

Onsite position at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, with attention to data entry, MS Office proficiency, and strong coordination skills to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a QA Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• College degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and spreadsheets).
• Computer literate with good data entry and documentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Able to work efficiently under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Log and record jobs assigned to the QA Inspector.
• Encode and update QA/QC records and inspection data.
• Prepare and print required forms, documents, stickers, and picking slips.
• Maintain, organize, and update QC records and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of QA-related documents and records.
• Assist the QA/QC team with administrative and documentation tasks.
• Coordinate with QA Inspectors and other departments regarding required documents and records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
