Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Production Planner / Planning Supervisor to develop, organize, and monitor production schedules ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery based on demand. You will coordinate raw materials, capacity, and inventory while aligning with Sales, Procurement, and Production teams.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, ensuring material availability, tracking progress, and reporting using SAP and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory control.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is required or highly preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of production processes and inventory management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and operational capacity.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure availability of raw materials and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Track production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or disruptions.
• Utilize SAP and other systems for production planning, job orders, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align production plans with demand requirements.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, delays, and scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare reports on production status, inventory, and planning performance.
