Job summary

Readore Mfg Phils in General Trias, Cavite, is looking for a Production Planner to plan and calendar all production schedules and capacity in line with client requirements. You will monitor machine utilization and analyze shift performance to keep production on track.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in production planning within semiconductor/electrical manufacturing, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time-management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP software.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and calendar all the schedules and capacity of operations in accordance with the requirement of the clients.
Utilized and maximize the use of the machines
Make an analysis of the performance of each shift and machines run
Review production plan and schedule with the Production Manager
Assist the operations (manager and supervisors) in monitoring the production plan to resolve any potential issues in a timely manner
Perform other duties and activities that are related to production
