Job summary

STENIEL MINDANAO PACKAGING CORPORATION is seeking a Production Planning staff to organize and oversee daily manufacturing operations at Alejal, Carmen, Davao del Norte. The role emphasizes efficient scheduling, resource optimization, and timely delivery coordination to meet customer requirements.

The incumbent will monitor production performance, prepare status reports, and drive improvements in processes while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial).
• Good oral and communication skills, and strong planning and organizing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily production operations.
• Maximize material usage and optimize job sequences.
• Manage delivery resets upon customer request.
• Replenish stocks for fast-moving orders per PO.
• Coordinate special jobs for accreditation with plants/sub-contractors.
• Ensure product quality aligns with customer standards and performance requirements.
• Prepare reports on production performance and scheduling issues.

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling daily production operation
• Maximizing available paper size and optimizing job sequences
• Resetting of delivery upon request of customer
• Replenishment of stocks for fast moving orders covered with PO per customer request
• Handle the scheduling of special jobs for accreditation with accredited plants/sub-contractors
• Ensure that the quality of products and services are in accordance with the agreed customer standard and performance requirement
• Prepare reports on production performance, scheduling issues and improvement recommendations

About you

• Must be an engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• Must have good oral and communication skills, and good planning and organizing skills
• Must have good interpersonal relations skills
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to be assigned to Alejal, Carmen Davao del Norte
