Qualifications

Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Create production schedules considering machine capacity, manpower, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production teams.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address delays or shortages.
• Ensure production plans comply with QMS, FSSC 22000, GMP, and customer requirements.
• Incorporate food safety controls such as line clearance and hygiene zoning.
• Support batch identification and product traceability.
• Participate in internal audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–3 years production planning experience, preferably in plastic packaging.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and GMP.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
