Job description

BASIC PURPOSE :

Monitor the operations of the entire Production Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure machine efficiency and productivity of the entire Production Department.

Accept job in marketing.

Scheduling of job for the smooth operation at production.

Assign jobs according to process.

Ensure that all raw materials are available before job scheduling.

Ensure the production schedule is being followed according to the job sequence.

Monitoring of jobs.

Monitoring production flow.

Keep a record of job performance from superior from time to time. for reference purposes.

Perform other related functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a graduate of any engineering course, preferably industrial or mechanical engineering.

Must have at least 1 year of related experience.

Must possess good analytical and leadership skills.

Computer literate.

Must have good interpersonal skills.

Can work with minimal supervision.
