Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Danao City, Cebu, is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant Manager to lead on-site production planning, scheduling, and daily operations.

You will drive GMP, safety, and quality across the line while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. The role requires a relevant engineering degree and 3–7 years of end-to-end production experience with supervisory responsibilities, in manufacturing environments such as food, electronics, or pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3–7 years of end-to-end production plant experience in the food, semiconductor/electronics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Must reside in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby municipalities (or have local accommodations/relocation arrangements).

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production operations based on volume forecasts and actual requirements.
• Direct and control daily activities within the assigned area to ensure a smooth, continuous production flow.
• Drive consistent attainment of quality, safety, sanitation, hygiene, and GMP across finished products and the workplace.
• Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades, and operational innovation opportunities.
• Verify and submit accurate, timely production reports and other documentation required by management.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional operating units to align production goals.
