HRTx Inc. in Cebu (near Danao) seeks a Production Assistant Manager to oversee end-to-end operations in a designated production area, driving planning, scheduling, and daily manufacturing activities to meet volume targets while upholding GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

You will lead a team, coach and develop staff, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to sustain efficient operations in Cebu.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Experience in training and developing production teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts and operational requirements.
• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, and on-time delivery of output.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor and drive performance against key production metrics (yield, downtime, efficiency, waste, etc.).
• Identify and implement process improvements, equipment enhancements, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee accurate and timely preparation of production and operational reports.
• Build capability within the team through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and other support teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall plant performance.
