Job summary

GreenPhils Inc. is seeking an on-site Inventory/Materials Planner in Cavite to maintain stock accuracy and support production scheduling.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a relevant degree, with responsibility for material flow, counts, reconciliations, and documentation in real-time systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or production planning is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain inventory levels of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Issue materials to production based on schedules and requisitions.
• Track consumption and reconcile inventory records with Accounting.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock audits.
• Identify shortages and coordinate corrective actions to prevent interruptions.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of materials.
• Monitor slow-moving or excess inventory and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Quality on material requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in real-time inventory systems and databases.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.

• Updates and maintain inventory levels of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely procurement of required materials.
• Issue materials to production based on approved production schedules and material requisitions.
• Track material consumption and reconcile inventory records with Accounting team.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock audits.
• Identify material shortages and coordinate corrective actions to prevent production interruptions.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of materials.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Quality departments regarding material requirements and availability.
• Maintain accurate records in real-time inventory management systems and databases.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or production planning is an advantage.
• Experience in the garment industry is an advantage; however, it is not required.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
