DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Oversight

• Supervise daily inventory monitoring activities (materials, WIP, finished good).
• Review and validate inventory transactions recorded by staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the Inventory Staff.
• Provide coaching, training and guidance to ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
• Monitor staff adherence to safety, quality and housekeeping standards.

Inventory Control

• Oversee issuance and proper usage of materials.
• Monitor consumption trends and raise alerts for unusual variances or wastage.
• Coordinate with production teams for material availability.

Reporting and Coordination

• Consolidate inventory reports submitted by the Inventory Staff
• Escalate discrepancies, losses, or critical issues to the Senior Plant Manager
• Coordinate with PPIC and Warehouse functions for replenishment of stocks
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year of team lead level.
• With knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 QMS
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Proficient in ERP/inventory management system and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
