Job summary

Company L & K INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES, INC. in the Clark Freeport Zone is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage materials and ensure timely replenishment. You will track stocks, issue items to production, and maintain ERP/MRP records.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or Oracle. On-site position with emphasis on accuracy, storage, and collaboration with procurement and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of inventory or material control experience.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Excel; SAP & Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor raw material, component, and consumable inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment based on production schedules.
• Issue and track materials to production in accordance with work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials according to standards.
• Support logistics and shipping activities for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce waste and holding costs.

Job Qualifications

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel (SAP & Oracle)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
