Responsible for managing and coordinating production planning, procurement, process control, inventory management, and quality and delivery monitoring. The role ensures smooth production operations by aligning schedules, resources, and communication between departments, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Handle procurement planning and ensure timely supply of raw materials and components.
• Monitor and control production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and material flow.
• Oversee quality and delivery management to meet customer and company standards.
• Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports and analyze production data for forecasting and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in production control, planning, or related fields (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
