A manufacturing company is seeking a qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of managerial experience. The role involves reporting to the Production Manager, assisting with production schedules, and ensuring timely completion of production processes. Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018, along with strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure. This full-time role is located in Cavite City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer required.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing setup.
• Knowledgeable in ISO certifications is a must.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Production Manager.
• Assist the Production Manager with administrative tasks.
• Appoint labor and purchase stock for production.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor.
• Ensure production meets deadlines.
• Procure and monitor production equipment efficiency.
• Update the Production Manager on project statuses.
• Coordinate production with other departments.

Skills
