SmartConsulting.net is seeking an experienced Production Manager in Manila to turn approved designs into live builds for high-profile brands, overseeing stage, AV, fabrication, and large-format printing.

You will manage budgets, safety, permits, and vendor networks, coordinate with designers and clients, and lead nights and weekend builds to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Manage production for brand events, launches, VIP events and activations: stage, set, lighting, sound, LED, booth fabrication and décor.
• Produce OOH and large-format materials: billboards, LED screens, transit, mall and venue branding, and POS materials.
• Write production specs from creative files; ensure files are print- and build-ready with Art Director.
• Source, quote and manage fabricators, printers, AV suppliers and production houses; run bidding via Procurement.
• Manage production timelines, site inspections, ingress/egress, and on-site build supervision.
• Secure permits and approvals for structures, OOH sites and events (LGU, mall and venue requirements).
• Run quality and safety checks on every build and installation; document OOH installation with photos.
• Keep production budgets on track and maintain vendor rate cards.

About the Hiring Company

The Production Manager turns approved designs into physical builds for both brands (one premium, one mass‑market): event stages, booths, VIP event setups, OOH billboards and other large‑format and printed materials. The role owns quality, cost, safety and on‑time delivery for everything produced.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage production for brand events, launches, player parties, VIP events and activations: stage, set, lighting, sound, LED, booth fabrication and décor
• Produce OOH and large‑format materials: billboards, LED screens, transit, mall and venue branding, and point‑of‑sale materials
• Write production specs from creative files; check files are print‑ and build‑ready with the Art Director
• Source, quote and manage fabricators, printers, AV suppliers and production houses; run bidding through Procurement
• Manage production timelines, site inspections, ingress and egress, and on‑site build supervision
• Secure permits and approvals for structures, OOH sites and events (LGU, mall and venue requirements)
• Run quality and safety checks on every build and installation; document OOH installation with proof‑of‑posting photos
• Keep production budgets on track and keep a rate card and vendor list current

Success in the First 12 Months

• All builds delivered on time and to spec
• Production costs at or below benchmark, with a vendor rate card in place
• Zero safety incidents and zero permit violations
• OOH proof‑of‑posting delivered for every campaign

The Successful Candidate

• 5+ years in event production, OOH production or print and fabrication management
• Hands‑on knowledge of staging, AV, fabrication and large‑format printing
• Strong supplier network in Metro Manila and key provincial cities
• Experience with LGU permits and OOH regulations in the Philippines
• Skilled at reading technical drawings and creative files
• Online gaming / iGaming experience strongly preferred
• Strong cost control and negotiation; willing to work nights and weekends on builds
