Job summary

Solaire Resort is seeking a seasoned production and art direction lead to turn approved designs into physical builds for high-profile events and large-format campaigns. You will own quality, cost, safety, and on-time delivery while coordinating with the Art Director and suppliers.

Responsibilities include managing brand-event productions, producing OOH materials, writing specs, and ensuring print-readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design or advertising, with 3+ as an Art Director or design lead.
• A portfolio covering premium and mass-market brand work, plus performance and digital creative.
• Agency, online gaming, e-commerce or app experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn approved designs into physical builds for event stages, booths, VIP setups and large-format materials.
• Manage production for brand events, launches, and VIP events; oversee timelines and budget.
• Produce OOH and large-format materials (billboards, LED screens, transit, mall visuals).
• Write production specs from files and ensure print-readiness; collaborate with Art Director.
• Source, quote and manage vendors and production houses; run procurement bidding.
• Oversee site inspections, ingress/egress, and on-site build supervision.
• Secure permits/approvals for structures, OOH sites, and event requirements.
• Conduct quality and safety checks; document installation with proof-of-posting photos.

Job Description
