Job summary

Essilor Manufacturing Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency in a high-volume facility.

You will drive Lean initiatives, manage manpower and equipment, and lead cross-functional teams to meet ambitious targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and people development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in a related field (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of production management, KPI analysis, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, decision-making, communication, and people development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
