Job summary

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, strong English communication, and experience with production processes, quality tools, and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in operations and maintenance of production processes.
• Proficiency with office applications and statistical analysis software.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, with experience creating technical reports.
• Expertise in using Quality Tools and applying Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity and yield.

Responsibilities

• Drives yield and productivity improvements through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensures daily attainment of target yields and uses OCAP for initial troubleshooting and effective actions.
• Conducts regular audits to ensure adherence to process controls and identify trends for improvements.
• Monitors line performance focusing on yield, process capability, and related tests.
• Performs statistical analysis (e.g., JMP) to validate data and dispositions.
• Executes medium and long-term projects aligned with Continuous Improvement goals while ensuring safety and quality.
