Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Production Manager with at least 5 years of managerial experience in confectionery manufacturing to lead gummy candy production at our Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan facility.

Responsibilities include ensuring targets, efficiency, yield, and quality; maintaining GMP, HACCP, and BRCGS compliance; coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments; and mentoring production supervisors. Relocation or local residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field; 5+ years of managerial experience in food manufacturing; experience in gummy candy or confectionery preferred; strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS; proven leadership and problem-solving abilities; experience in production planning and process improvement; willingness to work in Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily gummy candy production operations and meet targets, efficiency, yield and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and BRCGS compliance across operations.
• Analyze production data, downtime, rejects, and losses; drive improvements.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives; coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning and other departments.
• Ensure SOPs and safety procedures are properly implemented; develop and coach production supervisors.

Salary: ₱80,000–₱100,000

NOTE: Only applicants residing near Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan, or nearby accessible areas will be considered, or at least willing to relocate. Applicants must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing
• Experience in gummy candy, confectionery, or similar food production is highly preferred
