Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Production Manager in Pasig, Philippines. The role oversees multiple production lines (bread, bakery, cake, pastry, and related areas) ensuring timely, quality, and safe food production while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering/operations degree and has extensive supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing, with at least five years in production operations. Shift-based schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar production environments is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in directing and managing Production lines across Bread, Bakery, Cake, Pastry, Food Line, Dispatching, Distribution and Portering; lead to right time, right quality and food safety at best cost.
