Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a production operations supervisor to help drive efficiency and quality in a manufacturing setting.

You will set efficiency targets and support food safety and GMP compliance across the plant. The role involves overseeing equipment setup, daily scheduling, and team management to meet production plans, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and 8-hour shifts plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods
• Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes
• Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards
• Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Set schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in order to achieve volume targets and production plans
• Effectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily tasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potential
