Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity within manufacturing.
• Strong background in extrusion processes (a strong advantage).
• Hands-on experience using SAP for production and material tracking.
• Solid foundation in inventory control and warehouse management with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing workflows to hit output targets, enforce safety protocols, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Direct extrusion-focused production activities to refine processes, improve yield, and minimize material waste.
• Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in coordination with warehouse operations for steady material flow.
• Monitor production KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize SAP for production planning, resource allocation, inventory tracking, and executive reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and shop-floor personnel to foster a high-performance culture.

Managing End-to-End Plant Operations and Quality Delivery

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Production Manager to lead daily operations across our Wires manufacturing facility.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing output, maintaining strict safety and quality standards, and managing end-to-end inventory control. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of analyzing production data to streamline workflows, leading shop-floor teams, and applying technical expertise to deliver consistent plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing workflows to hit output targets, enforce safety protocols, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization & Extrusion: Direct production activities with a specialized focus on refining extrusion processes, improving yield, and minimizing material waste.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Manage raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods in close coordination with warehouse operations to ensure steady material flow.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Monitor production KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• ERP Management: Utilize SAP for comprehensive production planning, resource allocation, inventory tracking, and executive reporting.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and shop-floor personnel to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background and practical experience in extrusion processes (a strong advantage).
