Job summary

Royu Industrial Corporation, a division of Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation, seeks a Production Manager to lead daily operations at the Wires manufacturing facility in Calumpit, Bulacan. You will drive operational excellence, optimize extrusion output, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, hands-on SAP experience for production planning, and strong inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within manufacturing.
• Strong extrusion process experience is a major plus.
• Hands-on SAP usage for production planning and inventory tracking.
• Solid inventory and warehouse management with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plant Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing workflows to hit output targets, enforce safety protocols, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization & Extrusion: Direct production activities with a specialized focus on refining extrusion processes, improving yield, and minimizing material waste.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in close coordination with warehouse operations to ensure steady material flow.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Monitor production KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• ERP Management: Utilize SAP for comprehensive production planning, resource allocation, inventory tracking, and executive reporting.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and shop-floor personnel to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
