Job summary

Royu Industrial Corporation, through its Royu Wires division, seeks a Production Manager to lead end-to-end Wires plant operations in Calumpit. You will oversee daily workflows, optimize output, enforce safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred), 5+ years in manufacturing management, extrusion experience, SAP for planning and inventory, and strong analytical skills to resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial capacity within manufacturing.
• Strong background in extrusion processes is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for production planning and material tracking.
• Solid foundation in inventory control and warehouse management with strong analytical capabilities.

• Direct extrusion-focused production activities to refine processes, improve yield, and minimize waste.
• Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in coordination with warehouse operations to ensure steady material flow.
• Monitor production KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize SAP for production planning, resource allocation, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and shop-floor personnel to foster a high-performance culture.

• Data-Driven Improvement: Monitor production KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• ERP Management: Utilize SAP for comprehensive production planning, resource allocation, inventory tracking, and executive reporting.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and shop-floor personnel to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background and practical experience in extrusion processes (a strong advantage).
• Hands-on experience using SAP for production planning and material tracking.
• Solid foundation in inventory control and warehouse management, paired with strong analytical capabilities to solve operational challenges.
