Qualifications

• College graduate or vocational course in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production schedules are achieved according to plan.
• Allocate tasks to production team members and monitor progress.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and support production staff to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate production updates.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and work behavior of team members.
• Prepare daily production reports and submit to the supervisor.
• Record machine downtime, rejects, and other production issues.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency.
