Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Production Supervisor for the Foodline team. You will oversee shift operations, ensure GMP compliance, and drive quality control to meet targets while managing staff.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or any related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shift-level operations of the food and bakery production lines. Focuses on operational execution, shift output targets, GMP compliance, real-time quality control, and managing personnel shift logs and attendance.
