Qualifications

• 2+ years of related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains staff by orienting and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
• Maintains and monitors workflows and instructions.
• Responsible for the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; process flow on shift production summaries.
• Implements Operations standards.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
• Leads Kaizen and LSGA activities in the department; escalates issues as necessary to ensure plans are properly executed.
