Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Orient and train staff on procedures and standards.
• Develop personal growth opportunities for employees.
• Plan production by scheduling and assigning personnel.
• Monitor and improve workflow on shift production.
• Lead Kaizen and LSGA activities in the department.
• Escalate issues to ensure proper execution of manufacturing plans.
