Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics, materials science, or comparable technical discipline.
• 5+ years in reliability testing, semiconductor testing, or quality lab operations.
• Initial or proven leadership experience in team coordination or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute reliability tests in Lipa per global standards, methods, and specs.
• Provide disciplinary and operational leadership for the local lab team, including performance feedback and development.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily lab activities to ensure timely, high-quality execution of ORM, line support, and transfers.
• Ensure delivery aligned with defined standards, performance expectations, and defined Done criteria.
• Coordinate local resources, schedules, equipment, and materials to meet project and customer needs.
• Act as first-level escalation authority for operational issues, safety concerns, or bottlenecks; escalate to Chapter Lead as needed.
• Monitor and manage local KPIs such as execution reliability, cycle time, and on-time delivery; drive improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements within the local lab scope with team support.
