Job summary

Littelfuse in Lipa, Batangas, Philippines, is seeking a Supervisor Reliability Testing to lead the local reliability laboratory. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the lab team, and ensure tests are performed safely, on time, and per global standards.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or technical degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in reliability testing, semiconductor testing, or related lab operations.
• Initial or proven leadership experience in team coordination or supervisory roles.
• Strong English skills for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute reliability tests in Lipa in accordance with global standards and test specifications.
• Provide disciplinary and operational leadership to the local lab team, including performance management and development.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily lab activities to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Ensure delivery aligns with defined standards, priority logic, and Definition of Done.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, equipment, and samples to meet project and production needs.
• Act as first-level escalation for safety, test interruptions, and bottlenecks; escalate to Chapter Lead when required.
• Monitor flow KPIs such as execution reliability, cycle time, on-time delivery, and data quality.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements within the local lab scope with the team and support functions.
• Coach team members, identify skill gaps, and develop capabilities for REL ramp-up.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote 6S in the lab.
